The advantages and disadvantages of Ring-Ring scenarios for electron
ion collisions are discussed, using eRHIC as a convenient example. Although
there are issues needing further study -- for example, in determining the
ultimate performance limits -- for the most part the Ring-Ring solution is
conservative, with well understood properties. After all, "eRHIC is just
half a B-factory".
