This technical talk describes the design procedure for, and the associated
problems of a lepton storage ring that is installed in the LHC tunnel, and
the arrangements needed for lepton-hadron collisions. It is assumed that
this installation happens at the earliest after the LHC has been in operation
for hadron-hadron collisions for a while.
