General schedule

E4 Goals for Snowmass:

1. To establish and document the potential physics of post-LHC and post-HERA hadron-hadron and lepton-hadron colliders.
2. To create a literature of reactions, rates, and reach for the interesting physics which correspond to viable accelerator designs and staging scenarios.
3. To understand and document the potentially interesting detector and experimental program strategies.
